What is the minimum order?
Two canvases per design, and a minimum order value. Quantities from all designs add up to reach a better price tier.
Is shipping really included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay for delivery to your address, with tracking. Import duties and local taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the buyer.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Worldwide. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days from payment.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax? Do I need a VAT number?
No VAT or sales tax is added to our prices. In the EU, the UK and most other countries, import VAT and any duties are charged on delivery and paid by the buyer; as a registered business you can usually reclaim that VAT. Enter your VAT or tax ID at checkout so it appears on your invoice and helps customs clearance. It is optional, but recommended.
How do I pay? Will I get an invoice?
By card through Stripe, on a secure payment page. At checkout you enter your company, delivery and billing addresses and, if you have one, your VAT or tax ID. A numbered invoice is emailed to you after payment.
A canvas arrived damaged. What happens?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. Products are made to order, so we don't take returns for change of mind. See our Terms of Sale.
Can I sell these designs in my shop?
Yes, that is what they are for. The designs are original and sold to you as finished canvases for resale. You may not reproduce the artwork itself.
